After doing some math I cam to the conclusion that you need to post 48 times total in the year of 2009. Your first year total was 31 in 2007. So we multiple 31 by three and get 93. Then subtract 31 from 93, that's 62. Then subtract 2008's total posts (14) from 62, resulting in 48.
I know your busy but posting ATLEAST 48 times this year would be amazing. I stress this word 'atleast.' Having 48 posts in the year of our lord 2009 would give you an average of 31 posts a year.
